After arriving from multiple airport origination points, the class of 2016 arrived at Washington DC for our first seminar out of the state. Spring temperatures are in the mid-50s, and the group began with a metro ride to a reception hosted by Gary and Ann Baise in Falls Church, VA. The Baises graciously opened their home for a great meal and an excellent networking opportunity in a warm atmosphere. Guests included Jay Vroom with Crop Life America, Sue Palmer on behalf of her husband, Jim Palmer with the National Association of Wheat Growers, Mike Stokke with Farm Credit Association, and John Dillard with OFW Law. As a long travel day comes to an end, the anticipation of an action packed week is evident among our class!
